Garment steamer
Step 4-Production Line Assembly and Testing
Full inspection reports, compliance certificates, and user manuals are included with the shipment.
The remaining 70% balance is settled before shipping.
PRODUCTION PROCESS
Step 1-Order Confirmation and Initiation
The customer issues a formal PO, specifying product specifications, quantity, packaging, and delivery requirements.
A contract is signed, and the customer pays a 30% deposit to initiate the production plan.
Step 2-Supply Chain and Material Preparation
Materials are procured according to the BOM, with key components (e.g., high-speed motors, PCBAs, temperature sensors) prioritized.
Batch traceability management is implemented for core materials such as motors, chips, and heating elements.
Step 3-Incoming Quality Full Inspection
All incoming materials undergo a 100% inspection.
Non-conforming materials are returned or isolated to ensure a material qualification rate of ≥99.5% before production.
Step 6-Packaging and Error-Proofing for Shipment
Assembly is carried out in stages, with each station equipped with process cards and self-inspection points.
Critical stations use torque screwdrivers and error-proofing fixtures to ensure assembly consistency.
Step 5-Finished Product Aging and Full Inspection
100% Aging Test: Each hair dryer operates at full load for 15 minutes, monitoring temperature rise, current, and abnormal noise.
Comprehensive Inspection: Includes appearance, wind speed, temperature control, negative ion concentration, withstand voltage, and functional verification.
Step 7-Shipment and After-Sales Support
Automated packaging line: Accessories (nozzles, storage bags) → placed in color boxes → outer carton sealing.
Error-Proof Weighing: Each carton is weighed automatically. Deviations exceeding ±50g trigger an alarm to prevent missing or incorrect items.
Supports OEM/ODM customization: Logos, labels, manuals, and outer carton marks can be printed as per customer requirements.
